Payments
Service fees are handled through the website, and your item costs are confirmed with you before purchase. ARC will always confirm item totals before spending on your behalf.
No. You pay the listed service fee plus the actual cost of your items. If a destination falls outside the normal service area, the beta site now uses a mileage surcharge of $0.70 per mile.
Deliveries
Current delivery coverage includes Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, IGA, Staples, Tractor Supply, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy needs, pet supplies, and more depending on route timing.
For scheduled runs, earlier is always better. Local requests are best submitted 24 to 48 hours in advance, and rush service can be quoted separately when the schedule allows it.
Yes. Heavy lumber from Home Depot and heavy materials from Tractor Supply are handled as dedicated services at $150. Share dimensions or weight when possible so ARC can plan the run correctly.
Orders
Use the order builder on the rates page to organize your list and estimate your total, then reserve a run through the beta scheduler or contact ARC directly for help.
ARC will contact you before substituting anything. No replacements are made without your approval.
Usually yes, as long as the run has not left yet. Reach out as quickly as possible by phone, text, or email if your order needs to change.

No. ARC can shop on your behalf. Just send your list and confirm the item total before the run.
Reach out as soon as you can. Cancellations are easiest to accommodate before a run begins, while fees for already-started service may not be refundable.
